Motion Graphics/Video Editing

Motion Graphics
In addition to graphic design, I also work as a motion graphic artist. This skill allows me to bring static visuals to life, adding depth, energy, and storytelling to my designs. Working in motion has sharpened my sense of timing, composition, and visual flow—all of which feed back into my static design work. It’s a dynamic pairing that lets me create more engaging, versatile visuals across both mediums.

I designed the motion graphics for this project using Adobe After Effects. I created a captivating video distributed on social media, boosting Cepheid's visibility and raising audience awareness.

Salsa Vida
At Salsa Vida, I played a key role in the brand’s growth by producing dynamic, cinematic video content that redefined how Salsa dancing is presented. Our visual strategy focused on storytelling and high-impact editing to elevate the brand and engage a broader audience across California.

On this particular project, I wrote the narrative, drew the initial storyboards, choreographed the routine, scouted the location, starred in and directed the final shoot, edited and color corrected the raw footage, and came up with the promotion strategy to market the brand on Instagram and YouTube.

Still image from the final video. We shot this Imperial Valley Sand Dunes — fun fact, it’s where they shot the desert scenes for A New Hope.
